What do I need for tinting my truck?
I know the laws and everything but my question is do I need to buy any special adhesive stuff or anything when I am applying the tint myself, I am having my older brother help me who has done it before but I havent asked him yet on what all I need. Any suggestions on what else I should do with my truck its a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado Regular Cab Red with Chrome front end, bumper and rims, I am gonna Rhino Line the bed soon

nope, you dont need any adhesive. there is a thin layer of film you peel off when you apply the tint. you need a razor blade, exacto knife, or similar, a spray bottle with soapy water or windex, squeegee, and i use a bondo applicator to work out the bubbles in the tint. it would also be helpful to use a heat gun.
start by placing the tint on the outside of the glass to get it cut to shape and formed with the heat gun. make sure your glass is clean. once you have it cut and are ready to apply it to the inside of the glass, soak the glass down good and then peel the film off and apply the tint. work out the liquid and bubbles.
i suggest you do it when it is warm or keep it in a heated garage for 24 hours(if you are in a cold place)
